Data and purposes
When you contact us, we may process your name, phone number, email (if provided), pick-up and destination, journey date/time, passenger and luggage counts, flight number and any notes you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where applicable, manage the requested service. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in the notes.
Legal basis
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before entering into a service contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); where relevant, to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Other uses, such as optional marketing, would require a separate appropriate legal basis.
WhatsApp and recipients
The form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device; you decide whether to send it. If sent, the message and its contents are processed through WhatsApp/Meta under their own policies. Such processing may involve international data transfers under the provider’s applicable safeguards. We do not claim that the website itself stores submitted enquiry forms.
